When it comes to precision cutting and machining, abrasive waterjet technology is the way to go. Our machine pumps water through a precision nozzle at 2,500 feet per second and 55,000 psi. This jet of water is capable of cutting a sheet of steel up to 6 inches thick. Because it’s only water, it can cut through non-conductive materials without damage—foam, rubber, plastic, glass, just about anything! It leaves no burned edges or “heat affected zones,” and it’s environmentally friendly.
